Celebrating with us
Weddings at The DeBruce are often described as magical and transformative. Surrounded by the natural beauty of the Willowemoc Valley, your weekend will include one-of-a-kind dining experiences and exclusive access to over 500 acres of private land, complete with hiking trails, a swimming pool, fly fishing lessons, and more.
For intimate gatherings of 50 guests or fewer, we offer a $10,000 site fee and catering at $425 per person. This includes a three-hour open bar, cocktail hour, and a customized five-course tasting menu.
For mid-size affairs of 50–110 guests, we offer a $15,000 site fee and catering at $325 per person. This package includes a three-hour open bar, cocktail hour, and a family-style meal.
Your wedding unfolds across enchanting locations, from ceremonies in our forest to cocktail hours by the pool and receptions in our gardens overlooking the valley. For mid-size affairs, the site fee includes a rain plan tent, lighting, tables, chairs, basic linens, flatware, and barware—making The DeBruce a one-stop shop for your event needs.
ACCOMMODATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
A two-night minimum stay is required for all 12 guest rooms at The DeBruce ensuring your wedding weekend is an immersive and shared experience for you and your guests.
Food and beverage minimums are date-specific, averaging $45,000 during peak season. This minimum applies to the entire weekend, allowing you to create a cohesive and unforgettable celebration.
